Watergate Salad
1- 3.5 oz pkg Pistachio Pudding1- 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple, Undrained1 tub Whipped Topping, Thawed1 Cup Mini Marshmallows1 Cup Chopped Pecans1/2 Cup Pistachios (Optional)10-12 Maraschino Cherries (Optional)Mix pineapple and pudding until fully incorporated and is bright green. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Place in a pretty bowl and top with pistachios and cherries.The original recipe called for decorating the top with halved pecans. Take you pick! Be creative! Enjoy the 1970s!
