Here’s your recipe! 12 oz Pkg Vanilla Wafers, Crushed Very Fine 1 Cup Powdered Sugar 2 TBS Cocoa 1 Cup Nuts (Your Choice), Chopped Very Fine 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup 2-4 Oz Rum (Dark, Light or Spiced) Coating Options: Powdered Sugar Chocolate Sprinkles Cocoa Powder Coconut Finely Chopped Nuts Other Tiny "Cake Decorating" Candies Mix together well the wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts. In a separate bowl mix together the corn syrup and rum. Min into the wafer mix. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Form into small balls and roll into your coating(s) of choice. Store in the fridge and let come to room temperature to serve.
