3/4 Cup Butter, Melted 2 TBS Granulated Sugar 3 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs 2) 8 Oz Packages Cream Cheese, Softened 1) 16 Oz Package Powdered Sugar 2 TSP Almond Extract 2 Cans Cherry Pie Filling Set oven to 350. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and granulated sugar well and press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake 10-12 minutes until light brown. Let cool completely. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and almond extract until smooth and well incorporated. Give it a taste, if you like more almond flavoring add more, one teaspoon at a time, until you are happy. Go slow, almond extract is strong. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Spread cherry pie filling over to cover completely. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
