Call it Layered, Call it Forgotten. Whatever you call it, if you are an 80s kid, you've probably had this. This easy and versatile salad made appearances in homes, backyards and parties throughout the 80s! Come get some childhood memories!

Here’s your recipe! 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped 1 Green Pepper, Diced 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1/2 Lb Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 2 Cups Mayonnaise 1 Cup Celery, Diced 2 TBS Sugar 1 Pkg Frozen Peas, Thawed 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped In a large glass bowl layer lettuce, green pepper, celery, peas and 1/2 Cup cheese in that order. Cover top with Mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar. Top with eggs, remaining cheese and top with bacon. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. This will keep for 5 days if it lasts that long!
