Church Supper Special, History of Jell-O Part 3, from 1971!

We're at the final part of our History of Jell-O series and today I'm making something for the whole family and beyond! This perfect potluck dessert is a perfect gelatin recipes with bananas, cool whip and marshmallows!! Come on into the kitchen!

Notes

1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
2 Pkgs 3 oz Jell -O, any Red Flavor
2 Cups Boiling Water
1 1/2 Cups Cold Water
16 Oz Marshmallows
1 Cup Milk
3 Medium Bananas, Sliced
1 Container Cool Whip Mix crumbs and butter and press onto bottom of 13x9 pan. Dissolve gelatin into boiling water, chill until slightly thickened. Melt marshmallows and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, cool thoroughly. Place banana slices over crumb bottom. blend marshmallows with Cool Whip. Swirl into thickened gelatin for a marbled effect. Pour over bananas and chill until firm.
