Victory Meat Patties (WW2 Food Ration Cooking)

(1st quantity for two, 2nd for Four, 3rd for six)
Set oven to 350:
In a bowl, add:
Ground Beef - 3 oz, 1/3 LB, 1/2 LB
Ground Pork - 3 oz, 1/3 LB, 1/2 LB
Evaporated Milk - 1/4 Cup, 1/2 Cup, 3/4 Cup
Uncooked, Rolled Oats - 3 TBS, 1/3 Cup, 1/2 Cup
Finely Diced Onion - 4 TSP, 2 1/2 TBS, 4 TBS
Salt - 1/3 TSP, 3/4 TSP, 1 1/4 TSP
Pepper- Dash, 1/8 TSP, 1/4 TSP
Mix thoroughly and form into patties according to the quantity you selected. (Wet fingers works the best) Place on greased baking pan. Bake 45 Minutes.
Place on top of each patty two 1/4 slices of american cheese forming a space in between the slices as shown in video or thumbnail picture. Place back in oven for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until cheese melts.
For food rationing, this is pretty good!
