Stuffed Eggs are another name for Deviled Eggs and these will not disappoint! Neither will the vintage cookbook these came from! And of course they involve bacon! Would I steer you wrong?

6 Hard Boiled Eggs 3 TBS Cream Cheese, Softened 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 TSP Dried DIll 1 TBS Capers 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt 10 Slices Bacon, diced and Cooked Crisp Shell eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks while keeping whites in tact. Mash Yolks with a fork and set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, blend in egg yolks, sour cream, dill, capers and bacon. Stuff egg whites evenly and chill overnight. Garnish with watercress if desired. Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs (Thank you Julia Child!): Place as many eggs as you like in a pot with cold water. Bring water to boil. Once at a full boil, turn off heat and cover. Leave them for 15 minutes. Remove eggs and put them into a bowl of ice water until cold. You're done
