Philly Cheesesteak

4 French or Amaroso Rolls
1 Large Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/2 Lb Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Small Green pepper, Thinly Sliced
1 Red Pepper, Thinly Sliced
6 TBS Canola Oil
1 1/2 Lbs Ribeye, Thinly Sliced
I Jar Cheese Wiz
or
8 Slices Provolone
In a large skillet, heat 2 TBS oil. Add red and green peppers and cook until tender, lightly season with salt and pepper. Remove peppers. Add 2 more TBS oil to pan and cook onion until tender. Remove onions. Add last 2 TBS of oil to the skillet and cook ribeye completely. Lightly salt and pepper. Remove beef and shred, slice or chop up as you like. If using cheese wiz, warm entire jar to pour. Warm rolls. Add beef, peppers, onions and top with your choice of cheese.
