Notes

1 Cup Frozen Raspberries,
Thawed 3 Cups Frozen Sliced Peaches,
Thawed 3 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Cup Peach Nectar 1 Cup Plain Yogurt (I used Greek but any yogurt is fine)
1 TSP Almond Extract
1/4 Cup Sugar (Optional)

Puree raspberries in blender and strain. Pour puree into a ziploc bag, seal and set aside. (wash blender) Puree peaches and lemon juice, pour into large bowl. Add nectar, yogurt and extract and whisk until combined. Taste, if too tart add sugar 1 TBS at a time until desired sweetness. Chill 2 hours. To serve, ladle serving into a bowl. Cut tiny corner off of ziploc bag and pour a circle in the middle of the soup. Drag a toothpick from outside to center to form a flower and add a dot of raspberry to the center.
