1 Egg 3/4 Cup Sugar 2 TBS All Purpose Flour 1 1/4 TSp Baking Powder 1/8 TSP Salt 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Your favorite, I used Pecans) 1/2 Cup Granny Smith Apple, Finely Chopped 1 TSP Vanilla Set oven to 350. Beat eggs and sugar for about 4-5 minutes until very smooth. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and stir into the sugar and egg mixture. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in butterend pie plate for 35 minutes. Cool to room temperature and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
