1/3 Cup Butter
1 Pint Shelled Oysters
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup Cream
1 1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Paprika
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Clam Juice
Heat butter with worcestershire, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in clam juice and oysters. Cook only until edges start to curl. Add milk and cream slowly, stirring continuously. When steaming hot, serve.
