Mock Lobster Bisque

Mongole Soup was very popular in the 1920s - 1940s but is obscure now. I'm bringing it back! This is easy, delicious and tastes just like Lobster Bisque without the lobster!

Notes

1 Can Tomato Soup 1 Can Green Pea Soup (without bacon or ham) 3/4 Cup Water 1 TSP Sugar 1 Cup Half & Half 2 TSP Worcestershire 5 TBS Sherry (not cooking sherry) Combine soups and water. Heat over low until smooth (whisk works best). Stir in sugar, half & half and worcestershire. Remove from heat and add sherry. Mix well and serve warm.
