1 Cup Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/4 Cup chives (snipped) or Green onions (sliced) 1/4 Cup Parsley 1/4 Cup Tarragon (Fresh) 1 TBS Lemon Juice 1 TBS White Wine Vinegar 3-6 Anchovies 1 TBS Worcestershire 1 Clove Garlic 1/2 TSP Salt 1/4 TSP Pepper Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Best served the day it's made but will last up to a week.
