The beloved Boysenberry Pie 💜 from Knott's Berry Farm is one of my favorite childhood memories! I'll tell you all about Knott's Berry Farm history and how to make this fabulous pie! Notes

7 1/2 Oz Water
1 Cup (Minus 1 TBS) Sugar
1 TBS Corn Syrup
1 TSP Lemon Juice
Dash Salt
3 TBS Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Water
16 Oz Frozen Boysenberries (or Blackberries) double pie crust (homemade or ready made) Preheat oven to 400. Line 9 inch pie plate with bottom crust. In large saucepan bring to boil 7 1/2 Oz water, sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice and salt. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and add to mixture in saucepan. Add FROZEN berries and mix until combined. Cover with top crust, seal edges and make slash marks in top of crust for steam to escape. Bake 40 minutes or until top is light brown. Cool completely and fall in love!
